We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Wekitch – you can return all eligible items within 7 days of receipt of goods.

We care about your safety and hygiene, and we're happy to accept returns on unused cookware products. Please ensure the product is unused and that all tags, boxes, and original packaging are intact.

• For stainless steel cookware, refunds or replacements are only available for issues like size mismatches, dents, or broken/missing parts.
• We do not allow refunds or replacements for correctly delivered products. Please check all product specifications before purchasing to avoid any inconvenience.

You may request a return or replacement if:

• You received a product with a size mismatch.
• The product arrived with dents or other physical damage.
• The product was delivered with broken or missing parts.
• You received the wrong product by our mistake.

Returns/replacements will not be accepted if:

• The product shows any signs of use.
• The request is made outside the 7-day window.
• The original packaging, tags, or boxes are missing or damaged.

You can cancel your order via the "My Account" section on our website.

Cancellations are only possible before the order status is updated to "Ready to Ship". Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for a return under our 7-day policy.

Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and passes a quality control check at our warehouse. This process typically takes up to 2 weeks from the return pickup date.

• For prepaid orders, the refund will be reversed to the original payment source within 7 business days of processing.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will issue a refund via NEFT to the bank account of the registered customer. You will need to provide your bank details for this.

Yes, you can return individual eligible products from your order within 7 days of delivery. The same conditions mentioned in our return policy will apply to each item.
